点餐用英语怎么写

点餐用英语啊，这事儿我以前干过不少。记得有一次，我2018年在纽约的一家小餐馆吃饭，那会儿我就这样写的：
"Could I have a large coffee, please? And a salad with dressing on the side. Also, a grilled chicken sandwich with extra pickles. And, um, could you make that a veggie burger instead? Thanks!"
