- 2012, New York, 500 users, "I can't log in, it's been 3 days!"
- 2015, London, 200 complaints, "Your app crashes every time I try to upload a photo."
- 2018, Tokyo, 300 inquiries, "The website is slow, it takes 5 minutes to load a page."
- 2020, Remote, 1200 requests, "I need a refund, my order never arrived."
Bottom line: Get it done, or don't do it at all.
